Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return:

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used electronics, such as laptops, smartphones, tablets, or any device that has been powered on or used.

  • Software and digital downloads, once the packaging is opened or the software has been activated.

  • Batteries, chargers, or accessories that have been used or removed from their original packaging.

  • Personalized electronics, such as engraved gadgets or custom-ordered items.

  • Items with missing or damaged serial numbers or warranty seals.

  • Consumable products, like printer ink, memory cards, or cables, if opened or used.

  • Headphones, earbuds, or any other personal audio equipment, if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used for hygiene reasons.

  • Gaming consoles or devices that have been registered, activated, or linked to an account.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with our general return policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
